The Ethical Code of My Agile Privacy represents our commitment to ensuring the highest level of personal data protection and complying with privacy regulations and laws such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Cookie Law, and the regulations and provisions issued by the Garante. With this manifesto, we aim to illustrate the principles and rules that we are formally committed to following in order to provide compliance, uphold our values, and assist our clients in regulating their web activities. If you are a developer, you will notice that we are inspired by the "Agile" development methodology, which allows us to offer a highly adaptable and customer-oriented service.

We are committed to being transparent and fair in the market, and we pledge to provide true information without ever distorting facts, even for commercial purposes.
