MyAgilePrivacy supports some of the most popular WordPress plugins for multilingual management: WPML, Polylang, TranslatePress and WeGlot.
So, if you have a multilingual site, you can offer the banner, the wording, the texts of the Cookies / Third party Software and the Policies in Italian, English, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish and Greek, without having to worry about the translations, as long as you purchase a multilingual licence or a reseller licence.
My Agile Privacy detects the user's current language and displays the translations, completely autonomously.
In addition, you can select a fallback language that will be used to display policy, cookie and notification texts in case of languages not yet supported.
To do so, from the site administration panel go to:
My Agile Privacy > ‘Advanced’ tab.
Here you'll find the option ‘Enable Fallback language’.
By enabling the option, a new field will appear that allows you to select the language. See screenshot below.
Once you have selected the fallback language, remember to save the settings.
If you need to customise the texts and translations of the various components of My Agile Privacy, from the administration panel go to:
My Agile Privacy > Texts and Translations
Here you can see the texts contextualised within their positioning.
By clicking on a text you can modify it.
Please note: before modifying the My Agile Privacy texts, we recommend that you consult your privacy consultant. Incorrect text could invalidate your website's compliance.
